We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of all those in the precinct.
As a result of advice and directions from both Australian and Queensland Authorities we ask, that as a condition of entry to this precinct, you will;-
- Undertake temperature testing
- Understand that if your temperature ≥ 37.4°C we may need to contact a GP or the National Coronavirus Health Helpline
- Notify entry staff if you have returned from overseas in the past 14 days
- Notify entry staff if you are, or have in the past 24 hours, experienced flu-like symptoms
- Observe Social Distancing whilst in the precinct
- Always cough or sneeze into your arm or a tissue
- Wash your hands thoroughly (at least 20 Secs.) & regularly or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
COVID Safe – Guiding Principles

The GCCM team will continue to operate to support the boating public, commercial marine operators and government bodies which monitor our waterways. We are open
- Fuel wharf is open 7 days a week from 8am to 4:30pm
- Our reception is open 7 days a week from 8am to 5pm
- The dry storage facility is operating 7 days a week from 7am to 4pm
- The shipyard is operating Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm with emergency lifts available out of normal operating hours.
