Notice to all persons entering the Gold Coast City Marina & Shipyard precinct
We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of all those in the precinct.

 

As a result of advice and directions from both Australian and Queensland Authorities we ask, that as a condition of entry to this precinct, you will;-

  • Undertake temperature testing
  • Understand that if your temperature ≥ 37.4°C we may need to contact a GP or the National Coronavirus Health Helpline
  • Notify entry staff if you have returned from overseas in the past 14 days
  • Notify entry staff if you are, or have in the past 24 hours, experienced flu-like symptoms
  • Observe Social Distancing whilst in the precinct
  • Always cough or sneeze into your arm or a tissue
  • Wash your hands thoroughly (at least 20 Secs.) & regularly or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

We are also working with the industry body to ensure our practices are best-in-class. Please feel free to review MIA’s (Marina Industries Association) Guiding Principles for COVID Safe Marinas.

The GCCM team will continue to operate to support the boating public, commercial marine operators and government bodies which monitor our waterways.  We are open

  • Fuel wharf is open 7 days a week from 8am to 4:30pm
  • Our reception is open 7 days a week from 8am to 5pm
  • The dry storage facility is operating 7 days a week from 7am to 4pm
  • The shipyard is operating Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm with emergency lifts available out of normal operating hours.
