Where is the Marina Reception (Admin Building)?

The Marina Reception, (Administration office) is found in the tower building overlooking the Coomera River.  When you enter through the main gates at Waterway Drive, follow the yellow line straight until you reach the waterfront marina and then turn left for the tower building.  You can always download our Marina Map.

How do I access GCCM?

GCCM is a fully secured site.  Customers with their boat at the facility will be issued an e-tag for the duration of their stay which will allow them 24-hour access.  During business hours, our Customer Service team man the boom gate at GCCM’s entrance and can assist you with access including those dining at Quarterdeck Kitchen + Bar.  Contractors will need to complete our online induction prior to working at GCCM.  If you have any queries about accessing GCCM or your boat, please contact the main office on +61 (0)7 5502 5888.

Where are the public toilets?

GCCM is a fully secured site and to access the toilets, you will require a security fob.  If you are visiting Quarterdeck Kitchen + Bar, they can provide you with a fob for the toilets within the Administration building.  For customers of GCCM, you can be issued with a security fob* to access the toilets in the administration building, G50 and Customer Lounge.  Contractors have access to toilets adjacent to G50. When can I get fuel?

Our fuel wharf operates 24 hours, 7 days a week with Tap and Go.

What type of fuel do you have?

GCCM offers Premium Unleaded and low sulphur Diesel.

What number do I call at night?

GCCM’s main phone line +61 (0)7 5502 5888 is manned 24 hours a day.  Outside of operating hours (8am to 5pm) our security will answer your queries.

Can I bring a dog to the Marina?

Yes. GCCM welcomes dogs but asks you keep them on a leash and clean up any mess.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes.  Tap card-operated laundry facilities are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week within the Customer Lounge near H arm.

Where are the local shops?

You will find the closest shopping centre on Foxwell Road.  The Coomera Westfield is open everyday and has supermarkets, fresh produce, clothing, homewares, electronics, banks, cinemas, hairdressers & barbers, beauticians and much more.  Check out our Local Facilities Map for more details.

Where is the restaurant at GCCM?

Quarterdeck Kitchen + Bar is located within the Administration Building overlooking the Coomera River.  It is accessible by the public.  You will also find the Marina Cafe is at the entrance of the facility and offers delicious take away meals.

When is the restaurant open?

Quarterdeck Kitchen + Bar is open 7 days a week from 7am to 3pm.  On Friday and Saturday, they are open from 5pm til late for dinner.  Check out their website for seasonal opening times and menus.

Where do I find the chandlery?

There is a number of chandleries onsite at GCCM.  To find your preferred marine supplier, please view our online directory.

How many lifts can I get to and from the Dry Boat Storage?

As a customer of our award-winning dry boat storage facility, you have unlimited lifts and retrievals to and from the water.  This also includes lift and retrievals from the wash cradles.  Click here for more information on what is included in Dry Boat Storage.

Can I get help with lines for Marina Berthing?

Yes!  Simply give us a call on +61 (0)7 5502 5888 and a member of our team will come down to the marina to collect your lines.

What insurance do I need for my boat in the marina or shipyard?

You will be required to provide evidence of public risk insurance in respect of any single accident and comprehensive insurance on the vessel for its market value.  Give our team a call on +61 (0)7 5502 5888 should you have any queries.

What is the depth of the Coomera River?

Recently, the Coomera River was dredged to maintain a 3.5-metre depth at lowest astronomical tide.
